Position : Manager - Merchandising (Woven & Knit) Job Description / Responsibility: Must have good knowledge about Costing (Woven & Knit) Follow up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. In the product development process to ensure that products meet customer's quality and budget requirement. Problem solves and trouble shoot that may arise during development and/or production. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production. Ability to source good vendors with number of heads. Command over Woven & Knit. Job Nature: Full-time Age limit: 25 - 35 years. Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduate from any recognized institute/ University. Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 year(s) Additional Job Requirements: Age 35 year(s) and over The applicant must have minimum 3 years experience as Manager Merchandising in Garments sourcing & merchandising field ( Woven/Knit) from reputed multinational Buying/Sourcing. Should have technical knowledge to the wash unit about the final out work of the product. Should have hands-on experience on Customer Relationship Management, Product & Business Development as we as Vendor Management. Having excellent product knowledge on Woven/ Knit with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customer. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced multicultural working environment. Conversant with handling world famous demanding customers. Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions. Working knowledge in Excel, Word and other PC application. English proficiency is mandatory in both Written and Oral. Good at writing & speking English.
